WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will ship that same day.

Orders placed after 1pm (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

We take special care when packing your items to ensure they reach your address in impeccable condition. Occasionally, unforeseen events beyond our control may result in damage during the delivery process. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it upon receiving the damaged item at our designated postal address. It’s important to note that in cases of lost or stolen orders during transit, we will assess each situation individually to determine the appropriate course of action for arranging a replacement item.
